Digital Minds' strategic partnership with Frontstage Entertainment Group
E. Ioannides & Associates LLC assisted Digital Minds Limited in the implementation of its strategic partnership with the Frontstage Entertainment Group. Our Partner, Elena Ioannides, assisted with and advised upon an array of transaction documents from a Cyprus and English law perspective.
This partnership unites Digital Minds, a trailblazer in digital media known for creating, managing, and distributing digital content that has garnered over 250 billion views and streams worldwide, with Frontstage, Greece’s premier radio broadcasting group renowned for its high-quality recording services across podcasts, audiobooks, voiceovers and advertising. Together, they are set to launch a groundbreaking integrated creative and media hub in the Greek market, offering clients technologically advanced, holistic, and customized services for the very first time.

February 2025
Bond issue of €100,000,000, by Safe Bulkers PLC
Our Firm acted as Cyprus counsel for the Joint Coordinators and Bookrunners (Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank S.A. and Euroxx Securities S.A.), regarding the issue and listing by Cyprus company, Safe Bulkers PLC's, of €100,000,000 bonds on the Athens Stock Exchange guaranteed by Safe Bulkers Inc (an international shipping company listed on the NYSE). This was the third group in the shipping sector to issue bonds in the Greek market after Costamare Participations PLC and CPLP Shipping Holdings PLC in 2021.

Bond issue of €100,000,000, by CPLP Shipping Holdings PLC
Our Firm acted as Cyprus counsel for the Joint Coordinators and Bookrunners (Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank S.A. and Euroxx Securities S.A.), in relation to the issue by CPLP Shipping Holdings PLC (Cyprus) of €100,000,000 bonds issued and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and guaranteed by Capital Product Partners L.P, an international shipping company engaged in the transportation of natural gas, containerized good and dry cargo by sea, listed on the NASDAQ.
The listing of the bonds on the Athens Stock Exchange marks the second successful bond issuance by CPLP in less than a year and received a very positive response from investors having been oversubscribed by 3.5 times. The project was led by our Founding Partner, Elena Ioannides.

Bond issue of €150,000,000, by CPLP Shipping Holdings PLC
Our Firm acted as Cyprus counsel for the Joint Coordinators and Bookrunners (Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank S.A. and Euroxx Securities S.A.), in relation to the issue by CPLP Shipping Holdings PLC (Cyprus) of €150,000,000 bonds issued and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and guaranteed by Capital Product Partners L.P. listed on the NASDAQ.
This was only the second group in the shipping sector to issue bonds in the Greek market after Costamare Participations PLC earlier in 2021.

€100,000,000 bond issue by Costamare Participations PLC
Our Firm was appointed as Cyprus counsel for the Joint Coordinators and Bookrunners (Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank S.A. and Euroxx Securities S.A.), in relation to the issue by Costamare Participations PLC (Cyprus) of €100,000,000 bonds issued and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and guaranteed by Costamare Inc which is listed on the NYSE.
This issue was the first ever bond issuance in the shipping industry in Greece and the first ever bond issued by a non-Greek entity (a Cypriot entity) listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.
